Also Galveston, is just 45 minutes away. Front or Back yard for kids to play & smoking area outside ONLY. Community park around the corner with public pool and walking track. Botanical Garden also 5 minutes from home if you like to be one with nature. Community safe neighborhood park located near by if you feel the need to take a bike ride, walk or jog during your stay. In the home there is no parties, no get togethers, no events in the home, if any you will be asked to leave and there will be no refund. No Smoking, cigarettes/vape or marijuana, if there is any lingering smell, we will report it and charge in excess cleaning fee up to $250.
